| ¡¡¡¡At present, there are 3 undergraduate specialties:
food science and engineering (including food engineering, tobacco
engineering, and food safety), bioengineering, biotechnology; and
another 3 master¡¯s programs (food science, agricultural produce processing
and storing, fermentation engineering), and 1 subject (food science)
under the leadership of provincial chair professor. In addition, Zhengzhou
Food Engineering and Technology Research Center, Henan Bioengineering
Research Center, and Scientific Research Base of Di Hao Corporation
are all the important parts of the department. |
