Storage and Processing Committee of Agriculture Engineering Society,
the master supervisor of Agriculture University of PRC, director of
Animal Product Processing Society, standing director of Provincial
Bioengineering Society, etc.

Professor, doctorate pursuer in Agriculture and Forestry University
of Northwestern China, he mainly engages in food engineering, food
preservation, etc. he has done outstanding jobs in air cooling and
cold storage and effect of antiseptic production. His scientific researches
mainly include 10 books, 50 theses and 20 translations. He is now
the standing director of Food Science and Technology Society of Henan
Province, director of Produce Storage and Processing Branch in Agriculture
Society, and the master supervisor of Agriculture University of Northwestern
China.
