| ¡¡¡¡The combination of production, study and research,
has given the department plenty of energy. These years, 100 national,
ministerial, and provincial research projects finished, the total
funds are more than £¤40,000,000. More than 40 scientific research
achievements passed the ministerial and provincial level tests and
examinations. The department has also been awarded over 30 ministerial
and provincial level scientific research awards, gained direct and
indirect economic returns and social benefits. In addition, the department
has developed extensive and close cooperation and exchanges with many
famous universities and research institutions at home and abroad.
More than 10 academicians and doctoral supervisors are employed as
part-time professors in the department. In a word, the FBD enjoys
a good prestige and reputation at home and abroad in the fields of
food fermentation and bioengineering, and tobacco industry. |
