¡¡¡¡Professor Huang Buyi, female, born in January 1959
in Guang Dong Province, a Party member, the vice president of Henan
Science and Technology Department, Master Supervisor, studied chemical
meter and automation in East China University of Science and Engineering
and received Bachelor¡¯s Degree of Engineering in July 1982. Now she
is a in¡ªservice Master of Central China Science and Technology University.
Besides, she is a council member of China Design and Analysis Association
of Fuzzy Mathematics and Fuzzy System, China Fuzzy Control Technology
and Equipment Standard Committee, Henan Automation Association and
the vice board chairman of Education Committee.
¡¡¡¡In the last ten years, she has been engaged in the research work
of fuzzy control technology and network informational household appliances.
She was in charge of nine state and provincial ministerial longitudinal
scientific research items, one project of ministerial key laboratory
construction, five new product exploring items jointly with some enterprises
and got scientific research funds nearly 6 million Yuan. All the projects
presided by her were completed successfully. As the person in charge
of the job, she was awarded three provincial ministerial Science and
Technology Progress second prizes and eight other provincial ministerial
prizes. She has authored more than 20 papers and one book.
¡¡¡¡Professor Cui Guangzhao, male, born in September 1957 in Henan,
a Party member, the dean of the department, Master supervisor, majored
in electronic technology in Zheng Zhou University and graduated
in 1981. Now he is a in¡ªservice doctor of the Central China University
of Science and Technology. Besides, he is the dean of the Training
Center of China Household Appliances Association, member of Henan
Electronic Association, minister of Control Engineering Research
Center of ZZILI.
¡¡¡¡Since 1986, he has been engaged in the research and development
and teaching tasks of electrical appliances¡¯ control system, digital
control system and its reliability, DNA calculation. He took part
in 15 state and provincial ministerial scientific research items,
for which he was awarded four prizes above the provincial ministerial
level. Nearly 50 papers were published as well as 5 textbooks and
academic works. He took on 4 state and provincial ministerial scientific
research projects.

¡¡¡¡Professor Xie Songhe, male, Master supervisor, was born in January
1964 in Henan. He majored in automation in ZZILI and received Bachelor¡¯s
Degree in 1984. Later, he pursued a Master¡¯s Degree at He Fei Industry
University and graduated in 1987. Now he is the head of the Teaching
Affairs Department of ZZILI.
¡¡¡¡Since 1984, he has been engaged in the research and development
and teaching tasks of electrical appliances¡¯ control system, digital
control system and its reliability, DNA calculation. Many state
and provincial ministerial scientific research items were under
his instruction. He was awarded three prizes above the provincial
ministerial level, published 26 academic papers, 6 course books
and works and took on three state and provincial ministerial scientific
research projects.
¡¡¡¡Research Area: research and application of detection technology,

¡¡¡¡Professor Song Yinmao, male, was born in January 1963 in Hebei.
He is the vice dean of the department and master supervisor. Graduated
as a Master majoring in industry automation from He Bei Industry
University in 1988, he is now a member of Henan Automation Association
and one of the Excellent Middle¡ªaged and Young Core Teacher of Henan.
¡¡¡¡In recent years, he has been engaged in the research of network
measure and controlling system, automatic instrument and meter and
the relating technologies. He published more than 20 academic papers
and completed over 10 scientific research items, among which ¡°Digital
Network Heat Measuring System¡± and another item was awarded the
Henan Science and Technology Progress second prize. In addition,
he published one academic works and completed a provincial teaching
reformation item, which was designed to meet the need of the century.
¡¡¡¡Research Items: the applicant of embedded system in heat measurement,
the design of networking the distance intelligent water supply control.
¡¡¡¡Professor Chen Xin, male, was born in March 1960 in Fu Jian.
He is a Master supervisor, member of the China Peasants¡¯ and Workers¡¯
Democratic Party and its Henan Committee. Graduated in 1981 as a
Master majoring in automation from East China University of Science
and Engineering, he is head of the International Department, master
of International Education College, council member of Henan Electronic
Association, member of Henan Automation Association and Electrical
Engineering Association.
¡¡¡¡ince 1985, he has been engaged in the research and development
of computer process automation control and taken part in more than
10 national and provincial ministerial scientific research items.
He was awarded three prizes above the provincial ministerial level
and published more than 30 academic papers. Now he is working on
a crosswise scientific research item (500 thousand Yuan).
Research Area: computer process automation control, measurement
and control technology and instrument.
¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Lu Liping, male, was born in August 1961 in Henan.
He graduated in 1986 as a Master of Engineering from Chang Chun
Optical Precision Mechanical Institute (Chang Chun University of
Science and Engineering).
¡¡¡¡In the recent two decades, he has been working as a teacher and
researcher of fundamentals of electronics, electronical technology
and applicant in Chang Chun Optical Precision Mechanical Institute
and ZZILI. He published more than 20 research papers and one course
book and was granted one State Award for Science and Technology
Progress second prize. As for the provincial ministerial Award for
Science and Technology Progress, he was awarded one first prize
and two second prizes.
¡¡¡¡Research Area: building up of teaching system for high education
course for research.
¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Liang Wei, male, was born in April 1954. Since
graduated from the specialty of automation control of Xi¡¯an Jiao
Tong University.
¡¡¡¡In October 1991 and September 1997 he was sent by the state to
America as a visiting scholar to conduct research in visual emulation,
discrete control of guiding system and computer multimedia information¡¯s
fusion processing. From the November of 1999 to the October of 2002
he was invited as a visiting researcher to America again. This time
he did some research on the multi¡ªchannel testing and image identifying
of biomedicine electronic engineering.
¡¡¡¡Since 1998, he has completed the following projects ¡°multi¡ªchannel
EEG signal testing and displacement sensing¡±, ¡°EEG signal electrode
coordinate image identifying system¡±, ¡°in¡ªbody wireless transportation
apparatus for micro intrasonic signal¡± which were supported by American
Public Health Bureau, Sony Company and Computational Diagnostics
Company. Domestically, he has accomplished three scientific and
technical items and Natural Science Fund items which was assigned
by Henan Education Department and Science and Technology Department.
Moreover, he published over ten papers on magazines in and out of
the country, three of which were adopted by EI.
¡¡¡¡Presently, as the chief secretary of department¡¯s Party Branch,
he also takes on the teaching tasks for several courses: automatic
testing and meter, processing control system, intelligent sensing,
and computer system structure.
¡¡¡¡Research Area: the modeling and emulation of dynamics system,
the applicant of fuzzy control in single chip processor, the combination
of intelligent sensing with information, etc.
¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Zheng Anping, male, was born in December 1964
in Hebei. Graduated as Master of Engineering from Automation Department
of Southeast University in June 1993, he is the dean of the automation
teaching and research office.
¡¡¡¡In recent years, he has been engaged in power electronic technology,
industry automation and micro¡ªcontroller applicant. Academically,
he published over 20 papers (5 in the core journals) and two monographs.
Practically, he undertook more than ten scientific research items
(8 are appraised ones) jointly with others and one item supported
by provincial Science and Technology Fund. It was owing to his generous
contributions that he was awarded six prizes from relative bureaus,
one provincial award for Scientific Progress,

¡¡¡¡Professor Sun Yusheng, male, Party member, was born in December
1964in Henan, graduated as a Master of Engineering from Southeast
University¡¯s Electrical Machinery specialty.
¡¡¡¡Recently, he has been engaged in the field of the combination
of production, study and research. The areas concerned are electrical
equipments¡¯ micro¡ªcontroller design, intelligent equipment and meter,
electric control and measurement, etc. He published over ten academic
papers and accomplished more than ten scientific research items,
among which the project of ¡°Feature Detecting Instrument of The
Resonating Water Level Sensing of Washing Machine¡± received Science
Progress first prize awarded by Henan Science and Technology Department.
His academic works gained the same prize too. The research projects
that he is working on are applicant and research of ultrasonic technology,
development of electrical machinery¡¯s computer testing instrument.
¡¡¡¡Research Area: testing metrological technology and equipment,

equipment and their control.
¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Yang Cunxiang, male, was born in September 1966
in Henan. He majored in electrical machinery in ZZILI and graduated
as a Bachelor of Engineering in 1988. Then he furthered his study
by taking a Master¡¯s Degree in Electric Department of Southeast
University and graduated in April 1996. Now he is the dean of the
teaching and research office of electric engineering and automation,
vice dean of the Fuzzy Center of ZZILI.
¡¡¡¡In recent years, he has been engaged in the research and development
work of electrical machinery¡¯s micro-controller and taken part in
many projects such as the research of wind-cooling refrigerator
fuzzy controller, water storing electrical hot water machine¡¯s controller,
microwaveoven¡¯s fuzzy controller, networking refrigerator controller,
etc. Seven of those projects passed provincial appraisal. Given
all these achievements, he was awarded one Science and Technology
Progress second prizes from the province and one first and two second
prizes from the relative bureaus. He issued more than ten papers
in many important domestic journals like ¡°Electric Measurement and
Meter¡± and so on. He compiled four works and had two projects under
study.

¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Li Yinhua, male, Party member, was born in October
1964 in Hubei. He graduated from Electric Department of Southeast
University in April 1994 and received Master¡¯s Degree of Engineering.
As vice dean of teaching and research office of electronic information
engineering and standing vice dean of Fuzzy Center of ZZILI, he
is also a managing director of Henan Single Chip Processor Association.
¡¡¡¡In recent years, he has been engaged in the development of micro¡ªcontroller
of electrical equipments and the research work of digital signal
processing and the applicant of EDA technology. He took part in
several scientific research items as development of wind¡ªcooling
refrigerator¡¯s fuzzy controller, water¡ªstoring electrical hot water
machine¡¯s controller, harmonic power source basing on DSP standard,
etc, Eight of which passed provincial appraisal. He received one
provincial Science and Technology Progress second prize and another
three first prizes awarded by the relative bureaus. He issued more
than ten papers in many important domestic journals like ¡°Sensor
and Meter Technology¡±. He compiled four books and had two projects
under study now.

¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Cao LingZhi, female, Party member, was born in
June 1965 in Henan. As the vice dean of the department, she is a
Master of Engineering graduated from Electric Department of Southeast
University in April 1996.
¡¡¡¡In recent years, she has been engaged in the research work of
testing technology and virtual instrument technology, the applicant
of fuzzy theory in household appliances, etc. She took part in many
scientific research projects as barrel type washing machine¡¯s fuzzy
controller, micerwaveoven¡¯s fuzzy controller, etc. More than 20
papers of hers were published in many important domestic journals
like ¡°Electronic Technology¡±. She compiled three books and was awarded
provincial Science and Technology Progress third prize once, bureau
first prize twice. Two of her teaching reformation items are under
research.

¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Deng Lujuan, female, was born in November 1964
in Hunan. She, who is studying for her Doctoral Degree in Shanghai

bureau scientific research items, received four prizes of all kinds
and published 12 academic papers and two course books.

¡¡¡¡Vice Professor Chen Xikun, male, was born in May 1962 in Henan.
He is a Master of Engineering graduated from automation specialty
of Central China Science and Technology University in June 1993.
He is studying for his Doctorate Degree now.
¡¡¡¡For years, he has been engaged in the research and development
of industry automatic control and power electronic engineering.
He presided over the development of the experimental instrument
for ¡°modern power electronic and electrical transmission system¡±
which enjoyed high reputation among teachers and students. Eight
of his research items passed the provincial appraisal and he has

the relative bureaus. He has published more than ten papers in many
