¡¡¡¡From 1997 to 2000, the department has invited many
renowned experts in and out of the country to give lectures. They
are Professor Lu Qiang and Professor Li Chunwen from Tsing Hua University,
who are academicians and chief scientists of Chinese Academy of Sciences
too, Professor Shen Bohong, the doctoral supervisor from Beijing University,
Professor Xu Jin, the doctoral supervisor from Central China University
of Science and Engineering, Professor Liu Xihui from Chinese Zcademy
of Sciences and many other experts in the fields of electrical technology,
brake control electrical machinery and equipment from Switzerland,
Britain and so on. Additionally, Professor Lu Qiang and Professor
Xa Jin are part-time professors of the department.
