Brief Introduction
After graduating from the Xi¨an Jiaotong University in 1986,
he obtained his master¨s degree in Shanxi Microelectronic Research
Institute of the State Ministry of Space flight in 1989. Then
he has been working in Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry
up to now. He is now the member of standing committee of Microcomputer
Committee of the Academy of Computer of China, an expert of
National 863 Software Incubator Technology Group, member of
the Academy of Computer of Henan Province, vice-director of
Henan Computer Basic Education Research Society, the committee
member of Zhengzhou Youth Union, and a member of standing committee
of Henan Software Association. He was once rewarded such honorable
titles as Excellent Expert of Henan Province, Excellent Young
Expert of Science and Technology of Henan Province, Perspective
Leader of Cross-century Academy and Technology of Henan Province,
Excellent Teacher of Henan Province, Young Pacesetter of Science
and Technology of Zhengzhou City, Excellent Member of CPC in
Educational System of Henan Province. Since he worked in Zhengzhou
Institute of Light Industry after winning his master¨s degree
in 1989, he has taken on the teaching task of such major courses
as computer network, microcomputer principle and application.
He was once engaged in the design and development of distributed
computer control system, computer networking, computer aid teaching
software design and development, and management information
system design and development. He has taken part in the construction
and operation of 863-software incubator. He has gained research
orientation in computer networking and software engineering,
and has achieved some achievements in these fields of study.
18 of his technical achievements have passed the technical appraisement
of the province and the state ministry. He has been honored
with the second prize of National Excellent Teaching Achievement
Awards, the first prize of Excellent Teaching Achievement Awards
by the State Ministry of Light Industry, the first prize of
Science and Technology Progress Awards by State Ministry of
Aviation and Space flight, the second prize of Science and Technology
Progress Awards by Henan Province, the third prize of Light
Industry Science and Technology Progress Awards of China, the
second prize of the first National Computer Aid Teaching Excellent
Software Awards, the first and second prize of Henan Light Industry
Science and Technology Progress Awards, and the Invention and
Initiative Science and Technology Star Awards by United Nations
Technology and Information Promotion System. He has complied
and translated 8 textbooks and technical books. He has seen
more than 30 academic papers published in science and technology
journals and at academic meetings both at home and abroad.

Prof. Li Xue-qiao, born in July 1951, graduated from China
University of Textile with the specialty of Computer Control.
He has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research
work of computer for years. In teaching, he has successively
given lectures on more than ten courses such as Microcomputer
Principle and Application, Computer Network and Object-oriented
Programming. His major research orientation is Intelligence
Control Computer Network Security. He has presided or taken
part in the research and development work of more than 20 projects
one after another, among which, 6 projects are honored with
the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Awards by
the state ministry and Science and Technology Progress Awards
by the province ministry. These projects are Rubber Calender
Thickness Computer Control System, Ham Multi-line Automatic
Labeling Machine, and Frozen Dry Production Line Computer Testing
and Control System. He has seen more than 20 academic papers
published, among which 10 papers are in key periodicals. He
published officially two monographs: Neural Network and Engineering
Application, Integrated Technology of Computer Network. He,
as the tutor of masters, now is instructing them in the research
work of intelligence system.
