¡¡¡¡The MCEI has paid great attentions to the construction
of the teaching group. Now the college has 70 teachers, including
1 academician, 12 professors, 30 senior engineers, 10 doctors, and
5 young provincial-level core teachers. All of them have master¡¯s
degrees. The MCEI has the right to entitle master¡¯s degree in applied
chemistry, material and chemical technology.
¡¡¡¡Under the leadership of the academic leaders, The MCEI stresses
on the cultivations of students¡¯ qualities and abilities. The teaching
and research activities have achieved a lot in recent years. Contestants
from the institute have won prizes in the ¡°Challenger Cup¡± Extra-curricular
Science and Technology Invention Contest for 4 years running.
¡¡¡¡For many years, the employment rate of the graduates from the MCEI
has kept higher than 85%. The students from MCEI are greatly welcomed
by the employers for their broad knowledge, diligence, perseverance,
and innovation spirit.
