| The Industrial Design Specialty aims at training
application-oriented advanced talents who, with a wide range of knowledge
and applied ability, are fully prepared for industrial product modeling
design, visual transmission design, environmental design, teaching,
research and management in enterprises, design fields and scientific
and research units. The graduates are required to have a mastery of
the basic theories and knowledge; to keep abreast of the general and
specific policies, laws and regulations in China as well as the achievements
and trend in industrial design field; to acquire the basic ability
in harmonizing in product modeling design the relationship between
the modeling and color, form and exterior, structure and function,
structure and material, appearance and technology, product and man,
product, environment and market; to have a good mastery of a wide
range of knowledge in science and technology, arts, aesthetics, psychology
and physiology; to acquire cultural accomplishment and comprehensive
knowledge , to acquire the ability in design, basic science and research
as well as visual transmission design, public facilities design, interior
and exterior design. 1.Arts Design Specialty (including Clothing Design orientation, Decoration Arts and Design orientation, and Environmental Arts and Design orientation) Graduates trained in this specialty are required to establish a solid foundation of basic theories and amassed a wide range of knowledge. Having undergone basic training of modes of thinking, arts design methods and skills in arts design, the graduates are fully prepared for arts design, study, research and management. Decoration Arts and Design orientation aims at equipping students with basic theories and knowledge, technical skills and methods in decoration arts design. The graduates, with their abilities in practice, scientific research and management, are fully prepared for packing design, emblem design, and commercial advertisement design, enterprise image design , display design as well as the relevant scientific research, teaching and administration, etc. Clothing Arts and Design orientation aims at equipping students with basic theories and knowledge in arts design, science, technology and market etc. The graduates, with their mastery of modern clothing production technology and procedure, are well prepared for clothing design, enterprise planning, shop front design, fashion show design, teaching and scientific research. Environmental Arts and Design orientation aims to equip students with basic theories and knowledge in environmental arts and design. Having undergone technical practice training, the students will acquire the comprehensive abilities in environmental arts and design, construction, budgeting and final accounting and management etc. The graduates are fully prepared for architecture, exterior design, landscape design, display design and city district programming, teaching and scientific research. 2.Arts Design Specialty (Fashion Show and Image Design Specialty): The specialty aims to equip students with fashion show theories and scientific methods of model training, technical skills of displaying various kinds of clothing, the ability in various fashion, the process of organization and direction in fashion show and various techniques of image design to give full play to the beauty of man¨s spirit and appearance. The graduates are fully prepared for fashion show, its organization and direction and individual image design etc. 3.Cartoon Design Specialty: The specialty is intended to equip students with the basic theory and professional knowledge in cartoon design, offer them a basic training in cartoon design, cartoon techniques, and cartoon making so as to enable them to acquire ability in design, editing and directing, making and theoretical study in the field of cartoon. |
