¡¡¡¡The DME was established in1982, and began to enroll
students since 1983. The DME has totally 2000 students on campus,
making it one of the largest departments in ZZILI. The faculty number
is over 50 (2 doctors, 20 masters), including 4 professors, 13 associate
professors, 16 lecturers. Now, the DME contains 4 undergraduate major
programs (business management, accounting, economics with the orientation
toward international commerce and e-commerce, information management,
and information system), and 1 postgraduate program (business management).
Additionally, it includes 3 special training programs (e-commerce,
foreign tourism, and hotel administration). In accounting and business
management major programs, the DME also has the right to upgrade college
students to study in university, and entitle them bachelor¡¯s degrees.
With the composed efforts of senior and young professors and teachers,
the DME has adhered to the fundamental teaching concepts, and has
formed a meticulous group with activeness, high qualities, and great
potential. They have done great contributions in scientific researches
provincially and nationally.
