Social Work
The teaching purpose of the specialty is cultivating senior professional
talents with solid foundation of sociology, social work theories,
professional knowledge, skills of social security and community management.
They should be capable of the social work , theory study of the relevant
majors and practical operation.
Graduates would work in certain government departments in charge
of civil administration, labor, social security, etc. or non-governmental
departments like Labor Union and the Women¨s Association. They will
be engaged in policy research, administrative management, practical
operation, social evaluation, community management and social security.
This is a four-year undergraduate specialty, which will grant its
graduates Bachelor¨s Degree of Law.
Main Courses: introduction to sociology, introduction to social
work, social statistics, social psychology, approaches for social
investigation, social work for special cases, group social work, community
work, social administration, social policies, social security, social
welfare and succoring, administrative management, economics, management
of social security funds, etc.
Law
This specialty attaches importance to the training of qualified
personnel with the favorable cultural qualities and solid theoretical
knowledge of law, who have proficiency in the system of law and relative
policies in operation in China. With the ability to take practical
work, graduates are adequate to the jobs in state organs, enterprises
and institutions as well as the social organizations, such as practical
work of law in the legislatures administration offices, procuratorial
organs, judicial organs, arbitrational organs and the legal service
organs. They are also capable of the teaching and research work at
universities and research institutions.
Students will obtain the Bachelor¨s Degree of Law after four years¨
study of the undergraduate courses.
Main Courses: jurisprudence, the history of the legal system of
China, constitution, administrative law, civil law, commercial law,
intellectual property law, economic law, criminal law, administrative
procedure act, civil procedure act, code of criminal procedure, international
law, international smuggling law and international economic law. |
